Each move took me into a role I had never done before; each time, I learned and put that learning to work
I started at Samsung Electronics in 2005 as a systems software engineer, bringing up new chipsets and taking them to market in Europe. I then learned about people and organizations as chair of the Labor-Management Council and at the HRD Center. At Samsung Research Ukraine I led the whole Mobile Business portfolio, drove the key projects myself, and reported to headquarters executives.
Back at headquarters I ran operations and the R&D portfolio for Samsung’s overseas research centers, reporting to executives every month. Since 2024 I have worked at Coupang, first as a Digital Transformation PM and now in the Security PMO.

Four questions separate signal from noise
Were real people and time committed?
Look at inputs, not announcements.
Is money moving that way?
Investment is more honest than talk.
Do independent sources agree?
One voice is not a signal.
Is it hard to reverse?
The harder it is to undo, the closer it is to a signal.
Every piece states the conditions that would prove it wrong — if they break, I withdraw the claim.
